With over 20 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles in Fortune 500 as well as privately owned businesses, Andreas has delivered top-line growth and profitability in a variety of industries.
He has helped companies scale their operations to support double digit growth rates, and built high performing leadership teams by creating clarity and alignment on direction, creating a safe environment that enables high trust, open communication and fosters innovation.
Andreas’ passion is to help teams discover they're extraordinary so that they can achieve extraordinary things.
Andreas holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, in Germany, and has completed the Mastering Design Thinking Curriculum at MIT.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Change Management Consultant (PROSCI), and proudly holds a post graduate diploma in Leadership from Emeritus Institute of Management.
He lives with his wife, a CPA and owner of LD Consulting, and twin daughters in San Francisco, California. When he is not helping companies achieve extraordinary results, you can find Andreas enjoying the outdoors or training for his next triathlon as a member of the Golden Gate Triathlon Club.
